Acorn Squash Bowls

1 large acorn squash
1/3 pound ground turkey
1 box Near East brand lentil rice pilaf
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice acorn squash in half to create bowls. Brush cut sides with olive oil and bake cut sides down in a baking dish or rimmed cooking sheet for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook lentil rice pilaf as directed on box and brown the ground turkey on top of the stove.
When squash if cooked (test this by poking with a fork for softness), place a squash bowl on plate and fill with ground turkey, rice pilaf, chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
