Right on the tail of me finishing AVM, Bittman goes and posts this. Love it. Maybe my love of Bittman biased my opinion slightly (which is what Nate would say).

Last night, this recipe from fresh365 was calling our names. We had a great workout, spread some mulch in the yard and made this. This is so easy it shouldn't really be a "recipe" and indeed I wrote down the ingredients and that is it. We added kalamata olives to it and used parmesan instead of asiago. It was delish.

Nate turned my dense, ugly loaf of bread into some wonderful garlic bread. I might just have to keep messing up bread around here!
